Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

A compliance policy to help prevent misuse of the MyRebate platform in unlawful activities.

Last updated: 25 April 2026

Although MyRebate does not accept internal deposits or withdrawals, we still apply compliance principles to account registration, broker connection requests, and operational data handling related to broker partners.

1. General AML Principles

MyRebate is committed to not facilitating money laundering, identity fraud, trading account data manipulation, or misuse of services that violate the law.

2. Verification and Data Review

  • We may request clarification, supporting documents, or additional verification when user data, broker accounts, or certain activity appears inconsistent.
  • We may reject, delay, or disable certain account requests until the verification process is completed.

3. Actionable Activity

  • Use of false identities or unauthorized broker data.
  • Attempts to connect trading accounts owned by third parties without authorization.
  • Patterns of activity reasonably suspected to be linked to fraud, identity concealment, or broker partner policy violations.

4. Compliance Coordination

In certain situations, we may coordinate with broker partners, infrastructure providers, or competent authorities under applicable law to meet compliance obligations.

MyRebate may update this AML policy at any time to maintain compliance, system security, and operational integrity.
