The terms that govern use of the MyRebate platform, broker account submissions, and your interaction with our services.

MyRebate is a broker partner and trader support platform. We do not provide an internal wallet, internal balance, or internal withdrawals. Any rebate credit follows broker partner policy and is credited directly to the user trading account or broker account.

1. Scope of Service

MyRebate provides broker partner information, trading account submission forms, onboarding support, and reporting of account status and rebate credits communicated by broker partners.

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these terms of service, the privacy policy, and all compliance-related provisions published in our legal pages.

2. Relationship Between MyRebate, Broker Partners, and Users

MyRebate acts as an introducing broker or affiliate partner for selected brokers. Account opening, account approval, trade execution, and rebate credits remain subject to the decisions and policies of the relevant broker partner.

  • MyRebate does not accept trading deposits from users.
  • MyRebate does not hold internal user funds.
  • MyRebate does not process internal website withdrawals.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and verifiable identity data, email, and trading account details.
  • Do not submit false data, third-party trading accounts without authorization, or misleading broker information.
  • Understand the risks of forex, CFDs, and other leveraged products before trading.

4. Rebate Credits and Account Information

Rebate information displayed on MyRebate is based on data or reports from broker partners, whether through manual processes, internal synchronization, or operational documents we receive.

MyRebate may adjust status or notes when a broker partner issues corrections, adjustments, rejections, or cancellations related to specific rebate credits.

5. Limitation of Liability

MyRebate does not provide investment advice, profit guarantees, or promises that your trading activity will be profitable. All trading decisions remain the personal responsibility of the user.

We strive to keep information accurate, but we are not responsible for broker data delays, partner policy changes, or third-party disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
