We only collect data that is relevant for account registration, support communication, broker account submissions, and compliance needs. MyRebate does not ask for your broker password and does not operate as a digital wallet or internal payment provider.

  • Broker account or trading account information submitted when requesting a new account or an IB transfer.
  • Interaction data such as support messages, contact forms, system notifications, and platform usage activity required for operational audit purposes.

2. Why We Use Data

  • To verify accounts and protect access to the user dashboard.
  • To support onboarding, review trading accounts, and coordinate with broker partners when needed.
  • To provide status updates, customer support, and administrative records relevant to the MyRebate service.

3. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We may share relevant data with broker partners, communication vendors, or technical infrastructure providers when reasonably required to operate the service lawfully.

We do not sell user personal data to third parties for purposes unrelated to the core MyRebate service.

Data is stored as long as it is required for operations, compliance, dispute resolution, or applicable legal obligations.
